LEARN ON LOCATION :: CONCERT PHOTOGRAPHY MEET UP
For 2018, we want to raise the bar with photography-related events in the City of Pittsburgh. To start the year off right, we will be hosting TWO LIVE PERFORMERS at CAPTURED::PITTSBURGH’s Concert Photography Event on January 24th at Club Cafe, courtesy of Sound Scene Express and Opus One Productions. JD Eicher will be headlining this event, and we are introducing University of Pittsburgh Student Gianna Rockoff as the opening act.
Join us for a one-of-a-kind photography experience as we encourage you to experiment, learn, and network, all on location. If you have never tried to capture a live performance, now is your chance to learn and have fun doing it. We will be starting and ending the evening with open discussions about capturing the better picture and concert photography etiquette. We will also cover shooting in low light, tips and tricks to capture the moment, and special considerations for venue composition and venue lighting along with so much more. You will also have the opportunity to put your newly-learned skills into practice during performances from TWO DIFFERENT LIVE MUSIC ACTS put on just for you at Club Cafe, courtesy of Opus One Productions and Sound Scene Express. This unique experience gives you an all-access pass to the performance without spectators or groupies getting in the way of your time with the two Performers. Come experiment without any of the pressure!
